Questions about plans and billing
Why do some prices say XXX?
The Shopify app and Combo aren’t on sale yet. Final prices will appear here at launch – leave your email on those tabs and we’ll send them to you first. Cartlet Pro for WooCommerce is on sale now at the prices shown.
Is the WooCommerce plugin really free?
Yes. The free plugin on WordPress.org is complete – share links, saved carts, merchant cart links and analytics, on as many sites as you like. Pro is an add-on that only adds features.
What’s the difference between yearly and lifetime?
For WooCommerce, a yearly license includes updates and support for one year and renews each year. A lifetime license is paid once and includes updates and support for as long as Cartlet Pro is available.
How will Shopify billing work?
The Shopify app will be billed through your Shopify account, monthly or yearly, per store. There will be a free plan with limited features, and a 7-day free trial of every Pro feature. Shopify apps can’t be sold as a one-time purchase, so there’s no lifetime option.
What is Combo?
Combo covers Cartlet Pro on both platforms – WooCommerce sites and Shopify stores – in one yearly plan for 1, 10 or 50 sites, for less than buying both separately.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Cartlet Pro for WordPress and Combo plans come with a full refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal. The Shopify app has a 7-day free trial instead, and you can cancel any time. See the refund policy for details.
