You’re welcome to email us, or post in the Cartlet support forum on WordPress.org. Answers there are public, so they help the next store owner with the same question.
Cartlet Pro: licences, billing and refunds
Your receipt and licence key come by email from Lemon Squeezy, which handles our payments. For anything about your licence or order, email us and include the email address you bought with. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase; see our refund policy.
Agencies and partnerships
Building WooCommerce stores for clients, or making a plugin that would work well with Cartlet? We’d like to hear what you need. Email us with “Partnership” in the subject.
